Customer Service 101

The Chamber SWLA has commissioned Mr. Bruce "No Bad Days” Hamilton to eradicate terrible customer service in Southwest Louisiana. The first of three regional engagements will take place March 4, 2010.
The Chamber SWLA is inviting Retail Sales, Hotel Front Desk Service, Restaurant Service, Receptionists, Outside Sales, Managers, and anyone else who spends their workday face-to-face with customers to attend this breakfast program. Customer Service 101 will teach these front line service professionals how to make a great impression on their clients and how to build long-lasting professional relationships.
