SEED Center Room Rental Information

B/C Conference RoomB/C Conference Room is set up in a classroom style.

It seats up to 30 people. This room can be divided with a partition to create smaller breakout rooms for up to 12 people per side.

Full Room Rate: $300/Up to 4 hrs or $500/Over 4 hrs.

D/E Conference RoomD/E Conference Room is set up as a Round Table.

It seats up to 24 people. This room can be divided with a partition to create smaller breakout rooms for up to 12 people per side.

Full Room Rate: $300/Up to 4 hrs, or $500/Over 4 hrs

The Willis Noland Conference Room is the largest meeting space available at the SEED Center. It has a movable partition that can divide the room into two equal parts. (Pictured in a Banquet style set-up)

Half Room Rate: $200/Up to 4 Hours or $400/Over 4 Hours

SEED Center Facility Policies, Regulations and additional Fees

If you require a room setup that is different than pictured on the diagram included, there will be an additional charge of $100 per room. If additional setup time is required, arrangements must be made in advance and based on availability.

AV & Technology:

AV equipment rental rates are $50 per day, per room. AV needs must be coordinated at the time of scheduling and can include a projector, screen, computer hookup, podium microphone, lapel microphone, and/or handheld microphone. (Microphones are only available in the Willis Noland Room)

Technology assistance is limited and must be coordinated at the time of scheduling.

Information Technology is not readily available. SEED Center staff must handle equipment upon setup, and outside AV sources must be pre-approved.

Internet access is available via an unsecured open network, and no password is required.

 

Additional Fees & Info:

Soda and water setups will incur a charge of $1 per bottle/can and includes ice and cups. Negotiations can be made with SEED Center meeting organizer for larger groups.

Coffee may be provided for a fee of $25 per carafe and includes cups, creamer, sweetener, stirrers, and napkins.

Table coverings are not included

Meetings requiring food must utilize an approved SEED Center caterer.

The SEED Center Event Spaces are only for use by Chamber SWLA members for the purpose of promoting and enhancing the economic development and quality of life of our region.
