Pasta Lab combines science and art for guests to create their own pasta and memories to last a lifetime. From penne to macaroni, Pasta Lab provides an interactive experience for the entire family. Owner/Operator Michael Gardner opened Pasta Lab in 2020 and it has been a culinary beacon in SWLA ever since.
About the Small Business of the Month Program
The Chamber SWLA Alliance is proud to recognize outstanding small business members that are making a positive impact on our local economy and community. Nominations may be made by anyone and self-nominations are encouraged. If selected, the small business will be highlighted through multiple chamber communication channels, and presented with an award during our after hours Small Business of the Month reception.
Eligibility Requirements
- Nominee must be an active Chamber Member
- Nominee must have fewer than 50 employees
- Nominee must not be non-profit, 501c3 status
