Since 2017, Paul Pettefer and his team at Paul's Rib Shack Barbecue, have been serving our community Texas-style barbecue with a vibrant flavor only Louisiana can provide. From its debut as a food truck vendor at Live at the Lakefront, to its permanent home on Nelson Road, Paul's Rib Shack is a community staple offering a packed monthly entertainment schedule, a dynamic menu, and a venue that feels like home on the "Backyard" patio. Paul's Rib Shack is a frequent request at community events and the team is always happy to oblige.
About the Small Business of the Month Program
The Chamber SWLA Alliance is proud to recognize outstanding small business members that are making a positive impact on our local economy and community. Nominations may be made by anyone and self-nominations are encouraged. If selected, the small business will be highlighted through multiple chamber communication channels, and presented with an award during our after hours Small Business of the Month reception.
Eligibility Requirements
- Nominee must be an active Chamber Member
- Nominee must have less than 50 employees
- Nominee must not be non-profit, 501c3 status
